As the preferred lender, Land Home Financial works directly with your builder prior to their breaking ground all the way to the successful completion of the new home community. This close relationship helps to better meet the needs of the new home buyer from the time of their initial interest in a community through the loan pre-approval, full loan approval, construction and closing processes.

The new home buyer can shop the communities from our list of builder partners to find the home model they prefer. Since the builder requires loan pre-approval prior to accepting any offers, the home buyer is also able to apply for a loan pre-approval for their desired home choice. Once the buyer is in contract to purchase their new home they receive weekly notifications with automated loan status and construction updates along with contact information for all transaction partners.
